History
The Story Behind Century Builders and Restoration, Inc.
Our journey began long before the official General Contracting License. It started with the dream of a young boy in the early 1970s, a dream fueled by years of experience and passion that eventually became a reality.
Built on a foundation of hard work and dedication, Mendy Korf, CEO and General Contractor, launched his career as an administrator and controller for Friends of Lubavitch of Florida. There, he oversaw the transformation of a two-story school into a dormitory for over 200 students.
Later, as a managing partner and 50% owner of Century Builders and Roofing, Mendy led numerous projects, including private home renovations, condo refurbishments, a 13-roof project at Ashbury Apartments, and major renovations of educational facilities, such as a seven-story, 87,000 sq ft school building and a three-story college dorm expansion.
In 2008, Mendy founded Century Builders and Restoration, Inc., obtaining his General Contractor license and creating a company committed to excellence. Since then, Century Builders has partnered with prominent architectural and engineering firms to deliver a growing portfolio of commercial and residential projects.
